A Dream I Want to Achieve

Everyone has hopes and aspirations for the future. My dream is to become a successful engineer. Since I was a child, this has been the career I’ve wanted, and I often imagine myself working hard and accomplishing something meaningful one day.

At the moment, I am still a student, learning and preparing for what lies ahead. Sometimes, I feel anxious because I’m unsure if I will actually reach my dream. The future is unpredictable, and there are moments when I worry about what might happen.

Even though uncertainty can be challenging, I remind myself that achieving a dream takes time and effort. Becoming an engineer won’t be easy; it will demand patience, determination, and a lot of hard work in my studies.

This dream means a lot to me because it has been with me since childhood. I want to make my younger self proud by giving my best effort to achieve it. I believe that through continuous learning and self-belief, I can gradually get closer to my goal.

My dream is also important for the people who support and believe in me. My family, friends, and relatives encourage me to keep striving, and their support gives me strength and motivation, especially when I feel uncertain about the future.

This dream serves as a reminder to keep moving forward even during difficult times. I hope that one day I will become a successful engineer and look back at this journey with pride. Although the future is still unknown, my dream continues to guide me.

Our Last High School Day as Junior High Students

For our 124th Foundation Day celebration at ISNHS, we started the day with a parade. We wore our props and costumes and proudly showed our school spirit. It was exciting to see all the students from different grades participating in the parade.

After the parade, we had a dance contest from Grade 7 to Grade 11. The teachers also joined and performed a dance, which was really fun to watch. As a Grade 10 student, this is my last time celebrating High School Day as a Junior High student. It feels special and a little emotional because it marks the end of this chapter.

Even though my class, especially us girls, never became champions during the four years we celebrated High School Day in Junior High, I still had so much fun. The experience of practicing, performing, and sharing laughs with my classmates was unforgettable. It made the day very memorable.

Overall, the 124th Foundation Day was not just about winning or competing but also about celebrating our school, having fun, and making memories with friends and teachers. I will always remember this day as one of the happiest school events I experienced.

My 4th Quarter Reflection

As the school year 2025-2026 comes to an end, my journey as a Special Math Class student in Junior High is also ending. It feels like just yesterday that the school year began, and now it is already the 4th quarter. Time really flies, and I can’t believe how fast this year passed.

This last quarter was both exciting and challenging. Some lessons and projects were very difficult, and there were moments I felt stressed and unsure if I could finish everything. I sometimes doubted myself and worried about keeping up with my classmates. Balancing studying, assignments, and activities was not always easy, and it made me feel overwhelmed at times.

To overcome these challenges, I learned to manage my time better. I made schedules, focused on one task at a time, and asked my teachers or classmates for help when I needed it. Their support encouraged me to keep going. Step by step, I was able to finish my work, understand the lessons better, and gain confidence in myself.

Despite the difficulties, this quarter taught me many valuable lessons. I learned the importance of patience, hard work, and perseverance. I also realized how important it is to support each other, my classmates and friends were always there to cheer me on. These experiences made my last quarter in Junior High memorable and meaningful.

Now, as I prepare to move to Senior High School, I feel a mix of nervousness and excitement. I know new challenges and opportunities are waiting for me, but I am ready to face them with determination. I will always remember the lessons, memories, and friendships I made this year they will guide me as I step into the next chapter of my life.

Women's Month

National Women’s Month is celebrated every March. This celebration honors the achievements, strength, and contributions of women in society. It is a time to recognize how women help shape families, communities, and the nation.

During National Women’s Month, many activities are held to support women’s rights and equality. Schools, organizations, and communities hold programs, discussions, and campaigns that promote respect and appreciation for women. The celebration also reminds people about the importance of gender equality.

This celebration is important because it shows how women continue to overcome challenges and inspire others. Many women work hard in different fields such as education, science, business, and leadership. Their efforts help improve society and encourage younger generations to dream big.

National Women’s Month also reminds us to respect, support, and appreciate women every day. Women play an important role in our lives as mothers, sisters, friends, and leaders. By celebrating this month, we recognize their value and contributions to the world.

Always on Valentine's Day

Valentine’s Day is celebrated every February 14. On this day, people show their love and appreciation to others. It is not only for couples but also for friends, family, and classmates. Many people give flowers, chocolates, letters, or small gifts to show that they care.

For many students, Valentine’s Day is a fun and happy day. Some schools allow students to give cards or messages to their friends. Others celebrate by wearing red, pink, or white clothes. Even simple greetings like “Happy Valentine’s Day” can make someone feel special.

Valentine’s Day reminds us that love is not only romantic love. It also includes kindness, friendship, and respect for other people. A small act like helping a friend, saying thank you, or giving a simple note can brighten someone’s day.

In the end, Valentine’s Day teaches us to always show love and appreciation, not only on February 14 but every day. Love, kindness, and care should always be part of our lives.

My Vigan Fiesta Travel Blog

Every year, the Heritage City of Vigan celebrates the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul there’s always joy, competitions, and lots of fun things to see. My friends and I traveled to Vigan on a sunny day to watch the afternoon street dancing. Students from elementary to high school joined the parade, and they danced so well! We didn’t just watch–we cheered loud for ISNHS as they performed with colorful costumes and smooth moves. We missed their Longganisa Festival showdown since it was already night when it began, but we still felt proud when we heard that ISNHS won first place.

The street dancing was really amazing to see. They practiced so hard, and you could tell from how they moved together perfectly. I took clear photos of each group as they passed by in front of the dancing fountain and the town hall the pictures make the bright colors stand out and show how beautiful Vigan’s old houses look with the dancers nearby. I also took short videos of the music and dancing to share how fun and lively the event was. People were clapping, singing along, and cheering for all the teams. Some of the dancers even waved at us while they performed.

When night came, the main plaza was packed for a big concert, the famous band Parokya ni Edgar played there! The stage was lit up with bright lights and everyone sang and danced along to their hit songs. Then on January 25, 2026 there was another grand parade and many people walking together. They were wearing their best clothes, and some were even riding on top of the floats, throwing candies to the crowd. The whole city felt warm and happy, like one big family gathering.

Vigan is such a special place, especially during these celebrations. From the amazing street dancing to the fun concert, and then the grand parade on January 25, every moment was great. We met nice people, saw beautiful sights, and made lots of happy memories with friends. I’ll never forget how the whole city came together like one big family. I can’t wait to see what next year’s events will be like!
